Now that you're part of our CrossFit Infinity community, we'll start laying a strong foundation for movement development, technique, and skill.  Our coach will work with you one on one or in a small group during each WOD to concentrate on movement, skills and safety.  We will walk you through movement development and techniques during the WOD.    

These sessions ensure each new athlete will develop proper techniques right away, learn modifications and scaling options. 

Foundations reinforces proper movement for the following movements:

  • Dead Lifts
  • Snatch
  • Clean
  • Overhead Movements
    • Strict Press
    • Push Press
    • Push Jerk
    • Split Jerk
  • Squats
    • Air Squat
    • Front Squat
    • Back Squat
    • Overhead Squat
  • Skills, Drills, Cueing, and Verbiage
